Customizing Webstore Settings

To manage global account settings, click on the Webstore Settings link in the Management panel of the Dashboard.

The Webstore Settings tab allows you to manage a variety of webstore settings.

The settings are divided into 3 sections: Ticket-Seller Information (e.g., contact phone number), Purchaser Messages (e.g. the message that shows before online sales have opened), and Custom Receipt Messages (e.g., This receipt will serve as your ticket.) Each section is what is called an accordion: It can be opened or closed by clicking on its title.

(Some of these settings can be specified separately for different productions or even performances, using the Per-Show Settings tab. Most people have no need of this added specificity, but ask us if you think you might.)
